Summary list of Modifications and
repairs incorporated on the aircraft. Back up
list with copies of modification or repair report forms (or conformity
certificates) verifying specified or approved data, STC's
, LSTC, etc. Any Canadian approved modifications or repairs may need
to be familiarized and accepted by the importing airworthiness authority. |

Copy of last major inspection forms-
summary of any work cards required to show work required to ensure
aircraft is in conformance with its type certificate. All defects to be
cleared unless reported to and accepted by the
importing airworthiness authority. |

Current weight and balance report
including equipment list. |
|
Interior materials burn certifications. |
|
Copies of all log entries showing
inspection status and current time at export. (Journey,
Airframe, prop, engine logs. |

Drawings and instructions for removal of
ferry tanks etc. if applicable. |
